MISS GREEDY: Jackson’s demand for new mega-salary to be refused by sickened HSU members
HSU thief-in-chief Kathy Jackson will not likely receive the $150,000 salary most had assumed she would be able to snaffle from the HSU National Executive. She had been paid three grand a week prior to taking up the record-breaking $270,000 base-pay salary from HSUeast that she admitted was “obscene.”
The members of the HSU national executive, comprising the states who’ve looked on with horror at the reputational damage done to their union by rorter Kathy Jackson and her rorting foes, friends and fiends, want her gone.
Not only will they not be voting her a salary, of $150,000 or any other amount, VEXNEWS hears they are exploring ways of removing her from the position to distance themselves from the dysfunction, corruption and reputational injury she represents.
The acting national president Chris Brown, who has consistently opposed wrongdoing within the union, from Jackson’s NSW foes or Jackson’s Victorian crime family, told The Australian’s Ean Higgins:
“We just don’t give someone $150,000 to do nothing.”
That appears to be a substantial change in policy for the long-suffering Victorian HSU membership and will cause members of the union considerable relief.
After many months of laughing about how she’d manipulated and gamed most of the nation’s journalists, Jackson met her Waterloo in the Federal Court, where most had assumed the Commonwealth would struggle with an innovative and unusual application before a judge said to be a strict black-letter law kind of judicial officer.
It didn’t take Justice Flick long to reach the conclusions most close observers meet after a time: she’s mad, bad and dangerous to know.
She’s also not been able to pull the Zegna wool over the eyes of Peter Wicks, an ALP Lefty turned investigative online reporter who has amply demonstrated that Jackson has serious questions to answer about her use of HSU credit cards, in addition to dozens of other dubious transactions, including a payment to Hong Kong that – as we revealed recently – did not go to the person recorded in HSU #3 branch records. Wicks wrote today “Call it a hunch, but I don’t think this is the last time Kathy will see the inside of a courtroom.” He’s been right so far.
Naturally, the raging political monster Wacko Jacko T-Rexhad a few last minute tricks of her own too. Leaking a salacious affidavit to the Fin Review, which no-one else picked up and could be the subject of defamation proceedings at the worst time for its parent company Fairfax as it is staring into an abyss of its own mismanagement and obsolescence. It’s a shame because we had definitely detected improvement at the Fin. We spoke too soon perhaps.
The author of the article – like most in the tabs and radio – will struggle to live down the eventual embarrassment of reporting Jackson’s uncorroborated claims about anything or anyone as fact, particularly as there were many witnesses who can confirm that – at least in this case – Jackson is willing to risk perjury to lash out at foes who’ve cruelly taken her mega-salary, luxury car, unlimited expenses account and licence to steal away from her.
Mercifully, Justice Flick was not so easily duped by the HSU’s Little Miss Greedy. He rejected her last-minute application to completely re-open the case, with new ever-more imaginative claims against anyone who ailed her, and proceeded to slot her and other HSUeast officials.
And as a result, HSU members have a fighting chance of winning their union back from the den of thieves that have controlled it until now.

Unusually for the mainstream shock and awe brigade, they have confined their reportage to bland recitals of the more mundane goings on in the courtroom yesterday, and on other days.
They don’t like it when someone else gets the scoop on them.
If the same evidence had been about Craig Thomson, it would have scored Kate McClymont a front page, with concomitant calls from La Stupenda Grattan for Gillard’s head.

Vic Branch No. 3 finances have escaped scrutiny so far other than in articles by Vex and Peter Wicks and, according to KJ, by some private auditors in Victoria who apparently (and mysteriously?) raised no questions about the documents subsequently disclosed by Vex and Wicks. Let’s hope the new administrator has the reach to take another look at those. Justice demands it.

As someone usually sceptical of conspiracy theories I would normally be amused by claims that there is some sort of establishment or conservative cabal out there plotting to keep the country a profitable venture for itself by controlling information. But even I’m unsettled by the msm’s coverage of this Jackson business. Quite apart from ignoring totally the credible primary evidence of possible rorting presented by wixxy and vex, Jackson has been given a gold pass by a compliant media to pursue what appears to be a grubby and self serving agenda. And I find myself asking, who or what is behind this protection of her interests? Only the intervention of an objective judge and an unadulterated legal process has stood between her and the realization of her ambitions. Scary really.

Adrian Jackson…….you would have to be undoubtedly one of those blinded, stupid organisers from Victoria who will continue to stand up for a person ( and I use those words loosely ) who will go down in history as almost being responsible for bringing down a Federal Government, stealing hundreds and thousands of dollars from hard working and lowly paid members, who has managed to manipulate and suck in the MSM…none other than Kathy Jackson. The newly appointed administrator, His Hon. Michael Moore, is a confident and qualified professional who will further uncover the evidence that eventullly will convict Kathy ( the thief ) Jackson. I only hope he exercises all of his powers and takes every effort to recoupe those miss-appropriated members funds from Kathy Javkson and anyone else who has rorted this union. Well done to VEX and Peter Wicks for exposing this fraud and low-life. How Jackson has gotten away with her actions for so long speaks volumes for the media in this country, who have been a complete and utter joke and failure in this whole affair. Keep up the fight. Adrian, you’ve been reading Fairfax again. Even worse, it was probably Kate McClymont. I understand there was no box of evidence. There was a suitcase. Allegations about its contents are strongly and credibly disputed by its owner. As for the raid, it seems KJ and a couple of her gullible apostles were set up outside to watch the show well before the cops arrived. When she was giving interviews it did not occur to any of the press to ask her about her amazing powers of prediction. Just as it hasn’t occurred to them to follow up on the accuracy of any of KJs assertions.

Dear Adrian Jackson, glad you admitted you are in fact related to Queen of the crooks, Kathy Jackson. I agree in part that other from NSW need to answer questions which they will. But those in NSW haven’t been singing to every media outlet who will listen to them that everyone else is guilty except me. Those in NSW have overtly used members money to fund futile legal actions against every decision, appointment, and ruling the national council has made. Those in NSW haven’t turned in their union loyalty and spoken at Liberal gatherings, those in NSW haven’t done everything they could to bring down a government. Those in NSW haven’t labeled allegations after allegations against everyone. Your relative Kathy Jackson has been complaisant in as much if not more rorting and illegal and inappropriate use of members funds as anyone else ncluding certain officer from NSW and she is now going to be found out to be the fraud that she truly is and all her loyal puppets such as yourself will go down with her.
