Excitable reporting of a politician’s rejection of a microwaved pie fails to address one of the big issues of our time: are microwaved pies acceptable to the traditionally heated?
We read The Australian every day and think it stands as one of the world’s great newspapers. But publishing a nonsensical story, implying the PM is an embezzler is the same kind of nonsense we used to loudly condemn from Fairfax when it used to creatively and thunderously denounce then PM Howard. This kind of reporting leaves the broadsheet looking vindictive, spiteful, malicious and partisan.
