BIN LADEN DEAD: Thanks to Our Will and Kate

THE death of the world’s most wanted man, Osama Bin Laden, only days after the Royal Wedding is not coincidence, sources have revealed.

Experts believe the wedding of Our Will and Kate has brought a new found peace to the world, leaving no room for despots and terrorists.

US President Barack Obama has yet to officially confirm the death of Bin Linden, however, VEXNEWS understands that the Al Qaeda leader
is dead.

Bin Laden was reportedly killed in a mansion with other family members outside Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, CNN reported, quoting US administration officials.

“Obama is not likely to thank the British Royal Family for their obvious help in bringing of the destruction of Osama– our Royals are a bit like Superman or the Lone Ranger, goodness just happens wherever they go and no thanks are needed,” a wise pundit said.

“Since Wills and Kate announced their engagement six months ago, dictators across the Middle East have been toppled – some say it is Twitter doing the work, but it is obviously the power of love – the love of Our Will and Kate.”

Over 2.5 million people watched wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton at Westminster Abbey on Friday.

The weekend since the Wedding has been a terrible time for tyrants with the son and three grandchildren of Libyan dictator Colonel Gaddifi killed in a NATO missile attack on Saturday morning.

VEXNEWS obviously doesn’t wish the death ofthe innocent family members of these murderers, but it certainly won’t be crying for Bin Laden.

  3. You couldn’t treat this properly could you? This is the work of the REPUBLIC of the United States of America and the tireless efforts of intelligence workers.

Please don’t sully this important moment with reference to that bunch of inbreds.

  4. Obama’s government got him while Bush did not.

Obama was born to a Kenyan (part of the British Commonwealth) father in a the US island state of Hawaii which has a Union Jack in the corner of there flag just like the Australian flag.

Republics like the USA have the same person as Head of State and Leader of the Government. This is not good for the separation of powers (Judiciary, Legislature and Executive) like in Commonwealth countries.

  5. CSM,

Over 540 British soldiers have died fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq in the past decade. Not to mention the hundreds of other coalition trooops, including Ausrtalians, who have died fighting the Taliban and Al Qaeda.

The Americans are obviously important and should be congratulated for getting Bin Laden.

But for heaven sake, don’t give all the credit to the Yanks because it is an insult to all the other troops there.

  8. Your point might be more valid had Osama been found and killed in Afghanistan. As it was, it was intelligence operatives who found and killed him in Pakistan.

But yes, you are right, there is an element of multilateralism in the project to flush that rodent out of his Afghani hiding hole and make sure that he could not return and yes, all those involved are greater men than myself for being over there and making sure the place cannot be used as a base for insurgency.

  10. David you have overlooked another tyrant under siege. The power of Will and Kate has torn into the bowels of Collingwood too. Dictator McGiure is at odds with coach Malthouse. Bring it on.
