Federal and State governments are made accountable through TV, radio and print media. local government has little accountablity except through local papers. This council has to be the worst council in Victoria, this CEO, Mike Tyler chap needs to be held accountable, not to mention the elected Councillors who are allowing this man to get away with stuff like this. I am glad I don't live in Casey, if this was my council wasting my rates like this council and CEO has done, I would be marching in town hall and dragging each and everyone of them out of their comfy chairs, and condemning them publicly for contempt, because that is how they are treating their residents, WITH CONTEMPT !!!! Oh My God !
