BRAWLING SCOT: International student Tobias Lehmann named and shamed as assault perpetrator in NSW Liberal Right fight night
NSW Liberal sources say that the previously unnamed perpetrator of the beating handed out to NSW Hard Right Young Liberal James Rowe is an international student visiting from Scotland, Tobias Lehmann.
They tell VEXNEWS that Lehmann is a international student doing a masters degree at the University of Sydney who is currently dating Amy Houston, a staffer in the office of Alex Hawke, a federal Liberal MP and rising star of the NSW Right who has recently split off from his former patron, the “Hard Right” David Clarke MLC.
It has been alleged in the press that the perpetrator got very physical with little James Rowe after the cheeky Hard Rightist was bravely taking some happy snaps of the karaoke singing Hawke aligned youths. Imre Salusinszkyat The Australian reported:
Mr Rowe says the alleged assailant stood on a table, placed him in a headlock, struck him repeatedly on the back and attempted to force a karaoke microphone down his throat.
Mind you, Imre Salusinsky also reported that vexnews.com was “associated” with one of the warring NSW Liberal Right factions, a claim rather substantially rebutted by the mere publication of this story. He also reported one of David Clarke’s supporters Marie Ficarra’s false claim that she had taken “legal action” against VEXNEWS for slandering her.
The only legal action Ficarra took was to ask sultry lawyer Sheridan Levy to fire off a letter of demand threatening legal action, which we published earlier this month. Despite several requests, Ms Levy has not responded to our emails suggesting we pick up the threatened writ. It was clearly an empty threat because the last thing Ms Ficarra wants is further attention drawn to her scandalous behaviour, for which there was photographic evidence and eyewitness testimony.
Some of his factional rivals in the Hawke camp would see Rowe’s actions as intrusive, provocative and rather unwise, although certainly no excuse for some Groundskeeper Willy style Scottish whoop-ass of the kind handed out by Lehmann. They say that while both sides of the warring Young Liberal Right had gone on the booze cruise together, they wisely had gone their separate ways on the night, with the David Clarke supporting lads favouring a salubrious nightspot known as the Wallaby Bar. Rowe had decided to intrude on the turf of his factional rivals. It was a decision he would later regret.
Rowe claims that he suffered “a chipped tooth, back pain and (lost) a $235 glass contact lens.”
Some are even concerned that by committing a serious crime like assault that Lehmann may well be in breach of student visa conditions and may have to be deported. Although Lehmann’s friends insist that he was born in Australia and has retained his citizenship meaning that the only place he may be permanently barred from entering could be Karaoke World in Sydney. Some would not necessarily see that as a punishment.
Lehmann chose his venue de fisticuff very unwisely, according to sources familiar with the Police investigation. They tell VEXNEWS that Karaoke World, whose website indicates that Oasis’s Don’t Look Back in Anger track is in its top ten of customer selections, has a network of CCTV throughout its facility usually to keep yobs Aussies or rampaging wannabe Chinese triads from head-butting or nunchuka-ing each other to death.
Sadly the security systems, while sufficient to record the marauding visiting Scot’s brutal outburst, were insufficient to prevent little Jimmy Rowe from being beaten up.
Despite this, Police say little Jimmy presented with no visible injuries at the station.
Ominously, David Clarke supporters are alleging that they believe the attack while committed by Lehmann could in fact have been “orchestrated”. They allege that immediately prior to the brutal attack that more than half the room exited the venue.

Hawke’s boys know they’ve bitten off more than they can chew and are fighting a battle they have no hope of ever winning.
It’s funny that they’ve accused the true conservatives of being facists when it seems that Hawke, Farlow and Campbell are acting like paranoid dictators intent on crushing dissent and marginalising their opposition.
Step by step they have been destroying democracy in a party which is supposed to stand for freedom of speech. First they try and block members joining out of area branches, then they introduced their policy to block members speaking out on internal issues, then came the infamous “Mugabe Clause” whereby it is now much harder to boot out the exec of a branch and members preselected by a branch can be overuled by the state exec.
Now in true fascist style they’ve crossed another ethical bridge and are resorting to violence to contain the resistance from their factional foes.

Why were Marie Ficarra and Wade at the AGM, if they’re not member? After all, unlike precious David, they didn’t have any grounds to exploit the constitution and claim a right to chair the meeting.

6.9 The Chairperson of the Annual General Meeting shall be the Patron of the Club, or his or her
nominee. The Chairperson will act as the Returning Officer for the election of the Executive and
shall be the sole determinant of any member’s right to vote or otherwise.

17.1 The Patron of the Club shall be The Hon. David Clarke MLC, until such time as the members
resolve to amend this document otherwise.
So how Was David chairing the meeting exploiting the constitution? Oh that’s right i forgot. Following the constitution is unfair and incapable for the ambition faction..
They have no respect for the SULC constitution. They have no respect for the Liberal Party constitution. They can’t keep up with the will of ordinary members, so they have to continue to try to change the constitution to remove all freedom and fairness and instill their own regime.
If the Ambition faction were to get elected to parliament and win australian elections, i’d hate to think what they’d do to the Australian Constitution…. Probably similar to how Bob Carr felt history and the constitution irrelivent when demeaning the status of the NSW Governor. “Oh she need not represent community interests. His membership status does not deny him the right for free speech. If you feel that such behavior displays civilized dialogue between two adults, then obviously you lack standard manners. I was astounded that someone would not only state such vile language in public, but then feign the victim with an emotional tantrum of tears. Wade has had a significant influence on the Liberal Party, one of which demands basic standards of respect, which should be extended not only to himself but to all other persons for that matter.

Jimmy Rowe looked fine to me Saturday night when I saw him walking through the city with Frank, Duncan, Phil and Councillor Nick Adams. There was not one sign of pain, not bed ridden and he looked pretty happy in his navy blue Rugby top. Maybe they were off to see the Mad Dog for some advice on how to lie in a complaint. Only problem is Mad Dog only did it to the Liberal Party and The Australian while James has done it to the police. I hope he likes water views as he might be seeing mote of them from his new cell in Long Bay.

Even ‘Sepulchre’ / Catriona Rafael asserted that “Legalised abortions, relaxed immigration laws, gay marriage and drug legalisation are the way forward”; values of which sound more like the Greens then a mainstream conservative party. If you’re going to employ the image of John Howard on your ticket, at least concur with the basic values of which he represents and fought to protect.

In the face of the most incompetent, corrupt and useless government in this state’s history (and that’s saying something considering NSW’s chequered record), where trains run off the tracks, people get shot at in our suburban streets, schools are falling down, roads collapse due to poor planning and women give birth to babies in hospital toilets, the NSW Liberals (and traditionally it’s most dynamic wing) the Young Liberals, in particular, should be leading the charge to hold this state government to account and developing a visionary, practical and proactive policy platform for the party to take to an election which is just over 18 months away (not even mentioning the federal election that is to take place in the meantime). Sadly what we are seeing is a bunch of kids running our great Movement (of which I have been a proud member for over a decade) into the ground to suit the agendas of ambitious, but out-of-touch factional heavies in Sydney and Canberra. I for one am sick to death of the NSW Libs snatching defeat from the jaws of victory time after time after time after time. We did it in 1999, 2003 and 2007 and look like doing it again in 2011 and all for what? A pathetic and bloody battle over the spoils of Opposition, that’s what!!! If you want to stay in Opposition you people are definitely going the right way about it. It seems that the only thing that we all agree on these days is that the ALP need to be defeated, so why don’t we pull our collective fingers out and do something constructive to make sure that that is what comes to pass next time round. Otherwise we will all be squabbling over the crumbs of Opposition for many more years to come.
And while you are at it, why don’t all of you (on both sides) get some guts and put your names to these comments instead to showing the world that the NSW YL’s are a bunch of pathetic, spineless dickheads more interested in leveling vitriolic abuse and slander at each other under the cover of anonymity rather than playing a concerted role to make this state a better place to live and work in. This farklow is indeed a shady character who is loyal to one thing and one thing only his fat arse.
A mate of mine went to high school with him and told me that farlow was the chubby little fat kid in his year at school that nobody liked. They called him names like “Scotty FatLard” and “Cheesecake” (his dessert of choice). It was this bullying and isolation that transformed Farklow into the bitter individual he is today.
He is bent on pushing himself through at whatever cost. An example of this was last year when Farklow had a crush on Penny but Penny was more interested in the hunk Dave Bennet. It is little wonder the political party’s are finding it hard to attract members. This story, but more particularly the comments to it, would drive any person who had a desire to contribute to society, away from joining a political party.

He tried to pin some false vicious criminal charges on an innocent man which could have ruined this man’s career and indeed life. He did this out of pure envy and contempt.
The only reason this story was posted on this website was to show the masses what a vile, malevolent individual he is.
Farlow is only the likeable and friendly guy you think he is when it suits him to be this way. Mark my words if you ever try to act against he will do what ever he can to make your life misery as he attempted to do in the above story.
