HUBRIS: Scorned woman Kate Neill’s inner ugliness revealed
Sydney skank Kate Neill has been exposed as a deeply immoral woman, not because she slept with a married man but because she didn’t have the decency to keep her mouth shut.
The blonde bombshell has penned an indescribably self-righteous rant about how Labor moderate John Della Bosca is unsuited to public office because he kept his fling secret from his family.
In the piece, the whore – and we the word advisedly – describes herself modestly as a “fun girl”, a “young, attractive bird” and claims to have been in love with the former minister she so surely betrayed.
Speculation has bubbled out of News Limited that a financial arrangement of some kind – not necessarily a direct payment for her story – has been devised.
Certainly that fits with the Daily Telegraph’s express denial of paying for her story and also the UK tabloid smutty quotes provided by Kate Neill in the original story.
It matters little whether she’s telling the whole truth or even whether she’s been paid for her yarn or whether the Premier’s office has been involved in peddling rumours relating to Kate Neill for some time.
She’s been rewarded for doing the wrong thing, for embarking on a vicious crusade of revenge against someone she professed to care about.
Now her secret is blown and her identity known, it scarcely even matters that we go through the ritual of calling her on her lies and immoral behaviour.
What really matters is that one of NSW Labor’s best and brightest has felt the need to fall on his sword, in order to protect the government he serves from a death by a thousand cuts over the drama. One MP told the Daily Telegraph “The IQ of the NSW Cabinet has halved.” That seems pretty ominous given how badly they’ve been performing.
The NSW Labor government is broken. Good people like Morris Iemma, Reba Meagher and others have been chewed up and spat out the tough times they’ve found themselves in.
Its Opposition not much better, despite being on the verge of a smashing victory.
The mood for change is palpable and when the election tsunami hits they’ll be little left of a government that lost its way. Hopefully Della will stick around, to guide them back from the wilderness when the time is right.
Some in Victoria would do well to consider the cautionary tales coming from the north where Labor is much more institutionally strong than it will probably ever be in Melbourne. Those who fly the highest can fall to Earth with the greatest thud.

In a nutshell, Della is a patriot who will be forgiven for making a mistake, Kate Neil is an immoral witch whose true ugliness lies within and they all give their southern Labor cousins much from which they can learn, the lesson of Icarus and his most recent manifestation in Labor Premiers, Alan Carpenter.

The joys of four-year terms of Parliament. MPs will always vote for them when they get the chance (it means less frequent preselections too). Sometimes MPs will even try to persuade voters that four-year terms contibute to good government and visionary long-term planning.
The fourth year of failing Governments is probably the most entertaining; recall Barrie Unsworth, Carmen Lawrence, Lyn Arnold, Joan Kirner and eventually Nathan Rees (or whoever leads the NSW ALP in March 2011).
The point isn’t that Della Bosca’s a bloody saint, the point is that this woman who’s setting herself up as his executioner has not only committed the same moral terpitude as him, she has also betrayed him publicly.
And to top it all off, she now wants to be self righteous about it.
There aren’t any winners here except Barry O’Farrel, which is completely ridiculous as the only people not short-changed in this whole deal are the voters of NSW. This is probably the one scandal in NSW that ISN’T about govrenance…yet it HAS cost a bloke his job.

This is probably the worst and most biased piece of writing on De La Bosca out there. As an employee of NSW Health and working within our Emergency Department, De La Bosca has proven himself nothing more than a man in love with his own image. His visits to hospitals were nothing more than publicity stunts and opportunities for him to get his photo taken for the media.
I am glad that we are rid of this man and his greedy ambitions. The people of NSW need politicians that aren’t obsessed with their own ego and ambition

Leave the poor girl alone! This article is so one-sided that it should end “written and authorised by John Della Bosca, for the Australian Labor Party, Sydney”. He did the wrong thing and now he is paying for it. People in public life hold themselves up to be above reproach and fit for high office – he clearly isn’t. Kate Neill is not holding nor running for high office and thus the standards applied to her should not be as severe. My sympathies Kate.
There is nothing wrong in what my friend did.
Kate will get her comeuppance. No intelligent, upstanding young man looking to settle down will be interested in her now that she has exposed herself as a tart. The point is that given the ongoing poor governance north of the Murray any display of poor judgement by ALP ministers will cause further punishment by voters in that state.
If the NSW government was actually delivering transport and services for the growing suburbs of western and south western Sydney then the occasional lapse in personal judgement might be overlooked by the public.
However, this is not the only unsavoury act by a NSW ALP MP and is set in a backdrop of a failing state government.
