And in so fa as building for the future, rubbish, this has set the Blues back 5 years. Our premiership window was for 3-4 years where Brendan would have been pivitol- not anymore.

he won’t kick that many goals next year. he’ll choke, he wanted to be a blue for life. so I don’t think he’ll play great football for another team. If the woman does report it, he may be delisted. Brisbane may win a premiership or two, but only in there near future. Where as Carlton are building a forward line for the future, and will make finals next year. And will be a powerhouse once again, for many years to come.

There were a multitude of idiotic behaviours on that night that Fevola could have apologised for, he offered an apology for his general behaviour, I did not notice any admissions to sexual assault or harassment.

I agree, whether or not it is reported to Police is the lady’s choice, however to put it out there as a rumour (whether it be by the lady concerned or an anonymous knight in shining armour) is quite frankly inappropriate and slanderous. I suspect it had something to do with selling newspapers. I struggle to comprehend how uttering gossip is empowering, in fact if Fevola is a predator, she is merely putting other women at risk by not coming forward.

It is true that the Greek pollie didn’t apologise, he also didn’t subject himself to Police questioning (which is his right), preferring to submit a statement which was undoubtedly carefully crafted by his legal team. Evidentiary weight? Zilch.

Is Vexnews a rumour site. Well, as most assertions on this site are not backed by empirical evidence, they are by definition rumour.

As for the number of hits on this site, well only you know that.

I suggest that if this actually occured, the lady should do the appropriate thing and report the matter to Police. [VEXNEWS: That'd be up to her, not up to you. Respecting her decision, empowering her, seems to be exactly how HWT really shone through as an excellent employer this week.]

I think this site is exhibiting extreme double standards, making such an allegation against Fevola based on gossip, yet vigorously defending a retired Greek politician when there was more evidence (albeit insufficient) against that politician. [VEXNEWS: Fevola has apologised for what he did. The politician you refer to was the victim of an allegation condemned as false and fabricated by a magistrate with the case thrown out of court.]

It was claimed here that the complainant in the Greek politician’s matter was a fantasist, well so are most Herald Sun journalists. [VEXNEWS: We must know different ones...]

I am amused with this line from this story -
“No complaint has been made to the Victoria Police, at this stage, although they have been made aware of the incident.”
What on earth does that mean??? [VEXNEWS: Exactly what it says, again, like the rest of what we report, well-sourced, verified]

If they had been made aware of the incident, there would be an investigation. [VEXNEWS: Yes, that may well be right although that's not been confirmed.]

You’re making it up as you go along aren’t you Andy? Not only should Fev be considered innocent until proven guilty but how about the same consideration given to the woman treated so disrespectfully by football players told far too often that they are really special because they chase a leather ball around an oval accompanied by too many sycophants ready to excuse discusting behaviour and make excuses.
