THE BOSS: Michael Kroger knocks a few heads together in Higgins

A vigorous preselection fight was expected over the Liberal seat of Higgins. Then factional supremo Michael Kroger rolled out the tanks, persuaded most other candidates to get out of the way leaving Kelly O’Dwyer enjoying his strong support and possibly a clear run to one of the party’s most glittering prizes.
