VEXNEWS is sad we won't have Rob Hulls to kick around any more with his craftily-timed resignation preventing our attempts to break the news of his retirement (a story we ran around three times last year). But we can cheer ourselves up with fevered speculation about the identities of those who will replace him in his seat of Niddrie and as Deputy Labor Leader in the People's Republic of Victoria.
